The rules that apply when you browse ultimatekl.com or get in touch through it. Last updated 4 November 2026.
These terms govern your use of ultimatekl.com, operated by Ultimate KL, part of the Ultimate Solutions group. By browsing this website you accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
You may browse the site, read our product and pricing pages, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
Product descriptions, screenshots and plan details are provided for guidance and may change as the products evolve. Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit; where a plan excludes SST this is stated on the page. The quotation we issue for your business is the commercial offer that applies — please check it before you commit.
The Ultimate KL name and logo, this website's design and its copy belong to Ultimate KL or its licensors. SKey and FERP are products of their respective owners and are described here for evaluation. You may read the site, share links to it, and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not republish the site or its content commercially without our written permission.
This site links to group and product websites, including ultimate-sa.com and skeyerp.com. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, Ultimate KL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.
We use the details you send through our contact and quotation forms, email or WhatsApp to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. We do not sell contact data.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
